FACILITIES & EQUIPMENT:

The nano electrochemistry laboratory (NEL) is ~1000 sq.ft facility housed in the riverbend research south building at UGA. It is a wetlab equipped with two fume hoods and a cold room. We have state-of-the-art electrochemical, bio-analytical and material characterization tools. NEL has unrestricted access to the 100/1000 clean room and the Nanoscale Science and Engineering Center (NanoSEC) facilities. The building also has three industrial size autoclaves for microbiology related work. For more information about the shared facilities available at the NanoSEC please visit www.nano.uga.edu. We also have access to campus-wide resources called 'core facilities' at UGA.
